Our 130,000+ square foot manufacturing facility sets on 11 acres of land in Putnam County, with convenient rail car access and multiple truck docks for in bound and out bound freight. This facility is constantly being improved to optimize material/production flow. Our facility is equipped with 2 material silos each with a capacity of 300,000 lbs. The 180 ton capacity chiller and large cooling tower permit us to simultaneously run 30 presses. We also installed a 5 ton overhead crane in order to set tooling quickly and efficiently.

Sustainability:

We strive to make small improvements that will help ensure environmental resources are still available to those who long outlive us.
In addition to the following sustainability efforts, we are also currently upgrading our machine mix to include new hybrid electric machines.

• Recycle all paper used at our headquarters
• Recycle cardboard and scrap metal
• Provide receptacles that encourage our associates to recycle aluminum and plastic
• Update lighting to include energy efficient fluorescent light bulbs
