Our Facility

Our 130,000+ square-foot manufacturing facility sits on 11 acres in Putnam County, offering convenient rail car access and multiple truck docks for efficient inbound and outbound freight.

We’re continually investing in improvements to optimize material flow, enhance production efficiency, and maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports our commitment to quality.

Our facility features:

• Two material silos with a combined capacity of 600,000 lbs

• A 180-ton capacity chiller and large cooling tower, allowing us to operate up to 30 presses simultaneously

• A 5-ton overhead crane for quick, efficient tooling setup

These capabilities enable us to deliver high-volume, precision-molded products efficiently and reliably for customers worldwide.

Our Ongoing Sustainability Efforts

• Recycling Programs: We recycle all paper, cardboard, and scrap metal used at our facility.

• Employee Engagement: Receptacles are provided throughout the plant to encourage recycling of aluminum and plastic.

• Energy Efficiency: We’ve upgraded our lighting to energy-efficient fluorescent fixtures.

• Modern Equipment: We are actively updating our machine mix to include new hybrid-electric injection molding machines, reducing energy consumption while maintaining production quality.
