Tooling Capabilities

Our toolmakers bring years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of tooling design, maintenance, and repair. We maintain a comprehensive inventory of injection mold and die components to ensure availability when needed.

With our combination of expertise and advanced equipment, we can perform most mold repairs in-house. Using advanced machining software integrated with the Mattec system, we track the number of shots each mold has run—providing real-time data that allows our tool shop to schedule necessary maintenance and implement preventative measures for upcoming jobs.

We also utilize SolidWorks software to access and review critical design data, supporting detailed analysis during mold design and review processes. This integration of technology and craftsmanship ensures precision, reliability, and efficiency in every project.
